Volunteer 

By expressing my interest, I agree to the following terms and conditions as a participating partner or volunteer with Give Moore Inc:

1. Commitment to Mission and Values: I understand and support the mission and values of Give Moore Inc. I will act in a manner that aligns with these principles and promotes a positive image of the organization.

2. Confidentiality: I agree to respect the confidentiality of all sensitive information related to Give Moore Inc, its beneficiaries, and fellow volunteers. I will not disclose any such information without proper authorization.

3. Conduct and Professionalism: I commit to conducting myself in a professional and respectful manner at all times. I will treat all individuals, including beneficiaries, staff, and other volunteers, with dignity and respect, regardless of their background or circumstances.

4. Safety and Compliance: I agree to adhere to all safety guidelines, organizational policies, and legal requirements during my volunteer activities. I will promptly report any incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor.

5. Non-Discrimination: I acknowledge and support Give Moore Inc's commitment to diversity and inclusion. I will not engage in or tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment.

6. Use of Resources: I understand that any materials, tools, or resources provided by Give Moore Inc are to be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling my volunteer duties. I will return all such resources in good condition upon completion of my volunteer service.

7. Photo and Media Release: I grant Give Moore Inc permission to use my image, likeness, and voice in any promotional materials, including photographs, videos, and publications, without compensation. I understand that these materials may be used for fundraising, marketing, and other organizational purposes.

8. Termination of Service: I acknowledge that my participation as a volunteer is at the discretion of Give Moore Inc. The organization reserves the right to terminate my volunteer service at any time, with or without cause or notice.

I affirm that I have read and understood this Volunteer Agreement Statement and agree to abide by its terms.
